Covid-19 - Terms & Conditions

We have a strict late policy so please be on time and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment 

 

If you come into contact with anyone with Covid-19 or symptoms of Covid-19 or you have it yourself please contact us to reschedule your appointment (you will not be charged)

 

If you come in contact with someone with Covid-19 or have it yourself/tested positive you must have a negative test result before being able to rebook your appointment with us. This is in order to protect our clients and staff, thank you 


 - You will not be allowed on to our premises without a face mask on, failure to come with a face mask on will lead

to the cancellation of your appointment or course 


- You must bring your OWN mask and wear a face mask to your appointment no matter what treatment you are coming for and for all classes


- For Facial appointments you will remove your mask right before we start your facial please do bring an extra fresh mask with you if you’re going to wear one on your way home 


- Students must bring two face masks and a head visor which will be worn when carrying out your treatment


- You will be required to wash your hands upon arrival 


- If you feel unwell in the slightest please rescheduling your appointment ​


- You must come alone to your appointment 


- Toilet facilities will closed and unavailable to use 


- There will be no waiting onsite so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your 
   appointment

- We have changed our rescheduling policy from 48 hours to 24 hours in order to make our rescheduling process easier for you  


- Failure to follow our guidelines and terms & conditions will lead to the cancellation of your appointment and a 50% charge

 

- Cancellations due to Covid 19 or lockdown will not be refunded however will be able to be rebooked once lockdown is over

 

- The time period given for treatment packages/courses to be used by will be paused during lockdown and will resume after lockdown

- You must be over 18 to book a vajacial with us

-  16-17 year olds must have their appointment booked by a parent or guardian and they 
must also accompany them to the appointment 

- We do not carry out treatments for anyone under the age of 16 

- Full payment is required in order to secure a booking

 - Cancellations/rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before treatment day

- Please note that you are unable to choose a specific therapist for your treatment so therefore wanting to cancel and rebook for a particular therapist will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will not be able to receive a refund or rebook.

​- Any cancellations (including lateness) /rescheduling made with less than 48 hours before treatment will occur a 50% cancellation fee (this includes course of 3 treatments)​

- Any cancellations/ rescheduling (including lateness)with less than 48 hours notice (including lateness) of clients who have booked a course of 3 treatments or our treatment plan will occur a minimum charge of £100

 

- When rescheduling your appointment it must be rescheduled within 14 days from the date of cancellation 

 

- An appointment can only be rescheduled once 

- Some treatment booked online require a deposit as the price is dependent on treatment area. The deposit paid online will be deducted from total treatment cost if you make your booking during your consultation 

​- Lateness can result in a 50% charge, time deducted from treatment and the cancellation of your appointment

 

- Vajacial treatments and intimate laser hair removal treatments can NOT be done while you're on your period. If you come to your appointment while on your period your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee to rebook your appointment  

- Bookings for more than one person, treatments will be done one after the other or in separate rooms unless specified when booking was made

- We do not carry out face to face consultations without an appointment booked 

- There is a £10 fee when requesting a mini consultation, this fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment if you book an appointment immediately after your mini consultation

- Once a mini consultation form is filled out your remaining balance must be paid on the day our aesthetician contacts you to carry out your consultation or you will lose your deposit

  

- Mini consultations are carried out in order to identify the best treatment for your personal skin concerns, we do not recommend products or anything else 

- Bookings can not be changed once payment has been made, this includes changing it to an offer/discounted price 

-  Scar/ Stretch marks camouflage treatment: Please note that we can not guarantee how much coverage you will get as it all depends on how the ink adheres to you skin and everyone is different. This technique is intended to create a pigment illusion in order to make the affected area less noticeable, it can not get rid of stretch marks.

- If booking a treatment for someone else, you must inform us & provide the person's details when making the booking

- Failure to make installment/ membership payments on time can lead to the cancellation of treatment agreement and appointment(s)

- Late payments can lead to a late fee of £10 per day/the cancellation of treatment

- We have a no refund policy

- A course of treatments can only be used for one person, it can not be shared 

- A booked appointment can not be changed or transferred from one person to another 

- Giveaway winner(s) must claim their prize within 24 hours of winning announcement 

- Giveaway winners must have their treatment within 4 weeks of winning announcement

- You must be 18+ & living in the UK to enter any of our giveaways 

- One entry per person for any of our giveaways 

- Gift cards are to be redeemed within 6 months from purchase date

- Pre-booked appointments can not be transferred to a gift card 

- Loyalty card discounts can only be redeemed by the person who accumulated loyalty stamps 

- Appointments can only be booked 30 days in advance 

 

- Bad weather conditions can lead to appointments being rescheduled at short notice

- Rescheduling a diploma course can be done up to 14 days before course date with a rescheduling fee applied 

- Rescheduling your diploma course with less than 14 days notice will lead to the loss of your place and payment 

 

- When booking a course with us please ensure that you plan your route and ensure to give yourself extra time in order to be on time as lateness disrupts the whole class. Being more than 10 minutes late to your class will lead to you being turned away and having to re-book another space on another class  
 

​- Rescheduling with less than 14 days notice will lead to the loss of your full payment 

- You may experience a delay in receiving your items due to Covid-19 


- We are not liable for any delays with your order


- We are not liable for any loss or damages from courier 


- Do ensure to read the ingredients of all products before purchasing


- Do ensure to patch test all products 24 - 48 hours before use, we can not be held liable for any allergic reactions 
 

- We have a no refunds or exchange policy

 - If you are patch tested and have a reaction you will be charged £60 for the patch test and will be refunded the remaining amount
