These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, services, treatments, memberships, payment plans, training courses, mentorships, and digital products provided by:

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the above companies collectively.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course, joining a membership, or making any payment with us (online or in person), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Agreement is confirmed via mandatory checkbox and/or completion of payment.
2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
2.1 No Cash or Card Refund Policy
We operate a no cash or card refund policy, except where a refund is required by law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where applicable, refunds are issued only as store credit / gift code.
You must provide proof of booking or purchase for any action to be taken.
2.2 Store Credit & Gift Codes

Store credit and gift codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Cannot be used in conjunction with any discount, promotion, or sale

Cannot be used for discounted model appointments
-
Credit is issued based on the amount actually paid
-
Credit must be redeemed within any stated expiry period
3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
3.1 Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
3.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows
-
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours incur a 50% charge
-
This applies to single treatments, packages, memberships, courses, and treatment plans
-
Charges are calculated using the full single-treatment price, not discounted prices
3.3 Rescheduling Timeframe
Where rescheduling is permitted, the appointment must be rebooked within 14 days of the cancellation date.
Failure to rebook within this timeframe will result in the session being forfeited, and a new booking will be required at full price.
3.4 Maximum Reschedules
Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
On the third attempt, the appointment will be cancelled, forfeited, and a new booking will be required.
4. LATENESS POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment
-
Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early
Grace Periods:
-
For most treatments: up to 15 minutes (time deducted)
-
For injectables, laser, green peels, consultations, massages, and treatments where time cannot be deducted: 10 minutes only
Arriving late beyond the allowed grace period will result in cancellation and be treated as a late cancellation.
5. CLINIC RULES & ATTENDANCE

You must attend appointments alone (no children or additional guests)
-
You cannot choose a specific aesthetician
-
Free appointments (follow-ups, review appointments, complimentary consultations) cannot be rescheduled and are forfeited if cancelled
-
Certain treatments (vajacials, intimate laser, vulva treatments) cannot be performed during your period. Attending while on your period will result in cancellation and a rescheduling fee
-
Appointments for multiple people are carried out sequentially unless stated otherwise
-
We do not provide walk-in or face-to-face consultations without a booking
6. ID VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
You must present valid physical photo ID (passport or driving licence) at your appointment.
A secure copy of ID may be retained solely for fraud prevention, chargeback defence, and verification of attendance, in line with bank and payment-processor requirements.

Deleted in line with our data-retention policy
Failure to provide ID will result in cancellation and a 50% rebooking charge.
7. PACKAGES & COURSES OF TREATMENT

Packages are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-divisible
-
Packages do not expire
-
If a package is split, completed treatments revert to full single-treatment pricing
-
Remaining sessions may be forfeited in line with cancellation and rescheduling policies
8. MEMBERSHIPS

Membership payments are non-refundable
-
One treatment per monthly timeframe only
-
Missed treatments do not roll over and are forfeited
-
Late arrival, missed appointments, or rescheduling within 48 hours results in forfeiture
-
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared
-
Failure to comply with booking or payment terms may result in termination
9. PAYMENT PLANS (YLB PAY & PAYL8R)

YLB Pay payment plans are non-refundable once the first payment is made
-
Late payments incur a fee of £10 per day, capped at 7 days (£70 maximum)
-
After 7 days of non-payment, the payment plan will be cancelled and appointments voided
-
YLB Pay and PayL8r are separate payment methods
-
PayL8r is a third-party provider; we are not responsible for their processes
10. DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS
-
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
-
Discount codes must be entered at checkout
-
Gift cards purchased on offer cannot be used on discounted treatments
-
Loyalty rewards are personal and non-transferable
-
Giveaway prizes must be claimed within 24 hours and used within 4 weeks
-
Giveaway appointments cannot be rescheduled
11. TRAINING COURSES & SCHOOL OF BEAUTY

Diploma courses may be rescheduled with 14 days’ notice (fee applies)
-
Less than 14 days’ notice results in loss of payment
-
Courses may only be rescheduled once
-
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in refusal of entry
-
Students are responsible for route planning and punctuality
12. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR
We retain client records for 7 years for insurance, legal, regulatory, and financial purposes.
The right to erasure is not absolute. We cannot delete data where retention is required to:

Comply with legal obligations
-
Maintain medical/treatment records
-
Defend or establish legal claims
-
Meet HMRC or insurance requirements
This is lawful under Articles 6(1)(c), 6(1)(f), and 9(2)(h) UK GDPR.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDINGS & CONSENT
Before & after photos are taken for clinical and insurance purposes.
Refusal will result in cancellation with no refund.
Training sessions may be recorded, and students may appear in promotional content unless consent is withdrawn in writing.
14. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & MENTORSHIP

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed

By downloading digital content, you waive your statutory right to cancel

All materials remain our intellectual property
-
Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited
15. REFUSAL OF SERVICE & COMMUNICATION
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate correspondence where a client:

Is abusive or threatening
-
Repeatedly breaches policies
-
Repeatedly fails to attend appointments
-
Acts dishonestly or fraudulently
All disputes must be communicated via email only.
Once a final position is issued, we are not obliged to engage further.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:

Courier delays or losses
-
Third-party payment provider failures
-
Outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare
17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, weather, or government restrictions.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
