Please fill out this form if you would like to book a double appointment for you and a loved one. The treatments will be done at the same time in the same treatment room. If you would like for the treatment to be done at the same time but in different treatment rooms please let us know below.

Once you submit the form below we will get back to your shortly via email with a list of our available double appointments for you to choose from, once you have chosen an appointment we will then take your payment. Your booking is not secure without payment. Please not 10% VAT is added to all treatments.
