How does it work?

Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving Injection is a cosmetic procedure that uses a high-concentration premium solution that combines Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Lithecin, Bromelain, and other natural ingredients that increases the metabolism of fat cells and accelerates fat decomposition.

The injections contain Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) which activates the metabolism of fat cells, Lecithin to break down and transport fat cells, and Bromelain Ananas Sativus (Pineapple) to break down fat and reduce inflammation.

Deoxycholic (Deso) acid normally emulsifies and solubilises dietary fats in the intestine, and when injected subcutaneously, it disrupts and destroys fat cells.

Deso Fat dissolving injections, also known as lipolytic injections, destroy fat cells by damaging the fat cell membrane and liquifying the fat in the treatment area. The destroyed fat cells are then broken down and removed naturally through the body’s lymphatic system.

Like most non-surgical fat reducing procedures, intralipotherapy using DESO FACE and BODY is not intended for the obese body but does target the fat at cell level making it one of the most successful formulas for targeting stubborn fat areas.

What is the difference between Aqualx, Deso & Lemon Bottle?

Deso & Yellow Bottle achieve results faster with less swelling & discomfort than Aqualyx.

What can I expect during my fat dissolving treatment?

Your appointment will start with a consultation, an assessment is necessary to confirm that the area desired for treatment is suitable - this depends on the thickness of the fat. Generalised obesity is also inappropriate for a fat dissolve treatment. This assessment will allow your aesthetician to calculate the amount of product required, the number of sessions, the safest session interval and the final cost of your treatment plan (if you would like to book a course of treatment)

The treatment areas are then marked with a grid guideline for injecting and before photography is taken with your consent.

The sterile product used is drawn up into a small syringe. The skin in the treatment area is cleaned then disinfected and the product is injected with a needle. Multiple injections are required per treatment area. Prior to departing you will receive aftercare instructions for you top adhere to in order to achieve your desired results

How long will my treatment take?

A treatment can take as little as a few minutes to as long as an hour, depending on how many areas you're treating. For example, the chin can take 5 minutes and the stomach area can take up to 15 minutes.

Does it hurt?

The procedure causes minimal discomfort and lasts around 20-30 minutes, depending on the area(s) treated.

How many sessions will I need?

We recommend a course of at least 3 – 4 treatment sessions with 4 week intervals. This is dependant on the treatment area and the amount of fat to treat.

Are results permanent?

Yes, the fat cells in the treated areas are destroyed by this treatment. However, this does not stop your body's ability to put on weight.
