Studio Coordinator and Receptionist

(PLEASE NOTE: This role will start at 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours following the successful completion of training.)

About Yémaya London Beauty

Yémaya London Beauty is a luxury aesthetic clinic and studio space based in South London. We specialise in results-driven skin treatments and premium client experiences.

We are currently looking for a confident, organised and reliable Clinic & Studio Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a front-of-house, reception-based role supporting both the clinic and our event studio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client care.

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual with previous reception, admin or customer service experience. Experience within beauty, aesthetics or wellness is highly desirable, though studio/event coordination experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

This role does not involve carrying out treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Reception & Admin

  • Greeting clients and delivering a warm, professional front-of-house experience

  • Answering phones, emails, WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries

  • Managing diaries, bookings, reschedules and cancellations

  • Supporting aestheticians while they are in treatment (client flow, door, admin)

  • Processing payments and handling basic admin tasks

  • Maintaining a tidy, presentable reception and clinic space

  • Packing online orders and handling deliveries

  • Sorting and filing receipts and basic paperwork

Studio Coordination

  • Managing YLB Studio enquiries and bookings

  • Conducting studio viewings for prospective clients

  • Coordinating studio hire schedules

  • Setting up and resetting the studio space for events

  • Acting as the on-site point of contact during studio bookings

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • 3 days per week to start

  • Standard shift: 10am – 8pm

  • Some studio events may require adjusted shifts, for example:

12pm – 10pm for evening events

8am – 6pm for early bookings

Shift times will be planned in advance depending on clinic and studio needs.

Flexibility is required.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, reception or admin

  • Confident communicator (in person, phone & written)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask

  • Professional, reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Location: Streatham, South West London (SW16)
