Job Title: Office Manager & Executive Personal Assistant 

Full Time: 3.5 days work from home and 1 day in the office/spa

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 1:30pm

(Saturdays required & most Saturdays will be from home)

Location: Streatham, South West London

Reports to: The CEO

Responsibilities and Duties

Diary management, both business and personal, for the Founder and wider team
Extensive and efficient email correspondence
Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments
Overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents (including the formatting, printing, binding and distribution)
Processing of expenses
Arranging social events for both clients and the team
Ad-hoc personal errands for The Founder
Management of miscellaneous issues
Readiness to be contacted out of office hour
Handling confidential matters with discretion
Social Media Admin (Instagram, twitter and Facebook etc)


  • A degree-level qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential

  • PA experience

  • Driving licence & car

  • Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude

  • Works well under pressure

  • Proven diary management skills

  • Exceptional standard of written and verbal English

  • Numerical competence

  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite

  • Flexibility on hours and able to work weekends

Yémaya London Beauty is a luxury aesthetic spa based in South West London. We are looking for a PA to join our friendly team! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company and help us flourish.
This is an ideal role for someone with previous PA experience. You will be at the heart of the business. Working alongside your manager, you will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative, social, personal, and creative work. Your assistance can be required in any department of the business such as payroll, HR, staff, clients, contractors, complaints, restocking and overall operation of the business.
The broadness of this role means everyday is different and tasks will vary. Being the Executive Personal Assistant and Administrator is not limited to the founder’s work life, you will also assist with personal tasks which can be planning an event, arranging trips, online shopping and other miscellaneous tasks.
This would suit someone who is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and wants to expand their PA experience.
