12-Month Skin Rehab Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Nature
The 12-Month Skin Rehab Programme is a clinically guided skin correction programme designed to improve skin health and concerns over time through a structured and personalised approach.
This is not a pay-as-you-go treatment package or a menu of selectable treatments.
All treatment plans are:
• fully personalised
• clinically led
• adapted throughout the programme based on skin response, progress, and safety
2. Eligibility & Clinical Suitability
Participation in the programme is subject to clinical suitability.
All treatments, prescription skincare, and protocols are selected based on:
• individual skin condition
• medical history
• treatment response
Yèmaya London Beauty reserves the right to:
• adjust treatments
• delay treatments
• substitute treatments
• pause treatment
• decline treatment
where necessary to ensure client safety and optimal results.
3. Programme Structure & Treatment Frequency
The programme is structured to include:
• One in-clinic treatment per monthly treatment cycle
A treatment cycle runs from your programme start date to the same date the following month.
Example:
If your programme starts on 19 March, your cycle runs from 19th March – 18th April.
Key conditions:
• One treatment is allocated per cycle
• Treatments must be booked and attended within that cycle
• Unused treatments do not roll over
• Missed cycles cannot be reclaimed or extended
• Programme duration remains fixed at 12 months
Treatment types will vary throughout the programme and are selected based on your skin’s needs and progression, not fixed or chosen on demand.
Additional treatments outside the programme are available but will be charged separately.
4. Booking & Attendance
Clients are responsible for booking appointments in line with the recommended treatment schedule.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited
• Forfeited sessions are non-redeemable and non-transferable
5. Payment, Refunds & Transfers
All payments made towards the programme are:
• non-refundable
• non-transferable
• non-exchangeable
The programme cannot be:
• paused
• refunded
• transferred to another individual
• exchanged for alternative services
Payment confirms commitment to the full 12-month programme structure.
6. Treatment Inclusions & Exclusions
The programme includes clinically appropriate treatments selected to support your skin journey.
However, due to the advanced nature and cost of certain treatments, the following applies:
Injectable Skin Treatments
(e.g. Polynucleotides, Exosomes, Skin Boosters, Botox etc)
• A maximum of up to 4 injectable treatments may be included within the 12-month programme
• These are allocated only where clinically appropriate
• Timing and frequency are determined by your practitioner
Any additional injectable treatments are not included and will be chargeable separately.
Cosmelan Treatment
Cosmelan is not included within the 12-Month Skin Rehab Programme.
If recommended, this will be offered as a separate treatment outside of the programme.
Treatment Selection
Not all treatments offered by Yèmaya London Beauty are included within this programme.
All treatments are selected based on:
• clinical need
• skin response
• safety
and not based on personal preference or request.
7. Compliance & Results
Results are dependent on client compliance with:
• prescribed treatment plan
• homecare and skincare guidance
• aftercare instructions
• lifestyle factors
Results will vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Failure to follow guidance may:
• impact results
• delay progress
• reduce effectiveness
and does not qualify for refunds or programme extensions.
8. Programme Duration
The programme runs for 12 months from the agreed start date.
This timeframe is fixed.
The programme will not be extended due to:
• missed appointments
• unused sessions
• delays in booking
• non-compliance
9. Medical Disclosure & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant information, including:
• medical history
• medications
• skin conditions
• recent treatments
Failure to disclose information may result in:
• treatment delays
• treatment modifications
• programme suspension or termination
where required for safety.
10. Client Conduct & Expectations
All treatments are delivered based on clinical judgement and professional standards.
Yèmaya London Beauty reserves the right to:
• decline unsuitable treatment requests
• adjust treatment plans where necessary
The programme is designed to deliver safe, progressive results, not to fulfil treatment preferences outside clinical guidance.
11. Fair Usage
This programme is designed for structured, progressive skin improvement over time.
It is not intended for excessive or inappropriate use of treatments.
All treatments are provided at the discretion of the practitioner, based on what is safe and effective for your skin.
12. Changes to Programme
Yèmaya London Beauty reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
• treatment sequencing
• protocols
• programme structure
where clinically necessary or aligned with best practice.
13. Agreement
By signing this agreement, you confirm that:
• You understand this is a clinically guided programme, not a treatment package
• You understand the structure of one treatment per month
• You understand treatment selection is based on clinical need
• You agree to all terms outlined above
