12-Month Skin Rehab Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Nature
The 12-Month Skin Rehab Programme is a structured, long-term skin correction programme. It is not a membership, subscription, or fixed treatment package.
All treatment plans are personalised and may be adapted over time based on skin response, clinical assessment, safety, and progress.
2. Eligibility & Clinical Suitability
Participation in the programme is subject to suitability.
Treatments, prescription skincare, and protocols are selected based on individual skin condition, medical history, and clinical indication.

3. Programme Structure & Treatment Frequency
The programme is structured to include up to one in-clinic treatment per monthly treatment cycle, unless otherwise clinically indicated.
A treatment cycle runs from the programme start date to the same date the following month.
Example:If your programme starts on 19 March, your treatment cycle runs from 19th to 18th of the following month.
Treatments must be booked and attended within the relevant treatment cycle.
If a treatment is not used within that timeframe, it cannot be carried forward, redeemed, or replaced.
Additional treatments outside the programme structure may be booked separately and are chargeable.
Programme duration is not extended due to missed or unused treatment cycles.
4. Booking & Attendance
Clients are responsible for booking their appointments in line with the recommended treatment schedule provided by the clinic.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Unused or forfeited sessions cannot be carried forward, refunded, or replaced.
5. Payment, Refunds & Transfers
All payments made towards the 12-Month Skin Rehab Programme are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The programme cannot be:

6. Compliance & Results
Results are dependent on client compliance with:
The prescribed treatment plan
Homecare and skincare guidance
Lifestyle and aftercare advice
Individual results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Failure to comply with the prescribed plan may impact results and does not constitute grounds for refunds or programme extensions.

7. Programme Duration
The programme runs for a maximum of 12 months from the agreed start date.
Delays caused by missed appointments, non-compliance, or scheduling issues do not extend the programme end date.
8. Medical Disclosure & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, skin conditions, and recent treatments prior to commencing the programme.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in:

9. Changes to Programme
Yèmaya London Beauty reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme structure, treatment sequencing, or protocols where clinically necessary or in line with best practice.

You understand this is a structured skin rehabilitation programme, not a treatment entitlement
